Notice is hereby given for a Spring Election to be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2011.
Items on the agenda are Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Circuit Court, County Executive, Town of Black Earth Offices, Wisconsin Heights School Board, River Valley School Board and referendums for Dane County and Wisconsin Heights School District.

- County – “Should the United States Constitution be amended to establish that regulating political contributions and spending is not equivalent to limiting freedom of speech, by stating that only human beings, not corporations are entitled to constitutional rights?”
- 2. School District – Resolution authorizing the school district budget to exceed revenue limit for non-recurring purposes. “Be it Resolved by the School Board of the Wisconsin Heights School District budget be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes by $175,000. for the 2011-2012 school year and by $675,000. for the 2012-2013 school year for non-recurring purposes.”
The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
The election will take place at 1210 Mills Street, Black Earth.
