Notice: Spring Election will be held on April 3
Notice is hereby given for a Spring Election to be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2012.
Items on the ballot are:
- Presidential Preference
- Court of Appeals
- Circuit Court Judges
- County Supervisor
- Wisconsin Heights School Board
- River Valley School Board
- County Referendum “Should all Wisconsin workers have the right to seek safe working conditions and fair pay through collective bargaining?”

Request for road bids, Spring 2012
The Town of Black Earth is requesting bids for the following road construction:
- Reeve Road North .55 miles (#5378 and end of overlay to #5502), hot mix, overlay and shoulder.
- Reeve Road (north .4 miles (#5502 to Town line – dip), hot mix wedge and shoulder.
- Blackberry Road .25 miles (Turkey Road to Town line – overlay), hot mix, overlay and shoulder.
We request that all bids list each project separately. Bids are to be received by April 09, 2012. Bids will be opened on Monday, April 9 at 2:00p.m at 1116 Mills Street, Black Earth, WI 53515.
Town Board Meeting on March 6
The Town of Black Earth’s regular board meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2012. This meeting will be held at 1116 Mills Street.
