Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, the Annual Meeting of the Electors for the Town of Black Earth, Dane County, Wisconsin, will be held for the transaction of business as required or permitted by law, WI § 60.11, beginning at 6:30 PM, to be held in the lower level of the MBE CPA Building at 1116 Mills St., Black Earth, WI. 

AGENDA

1. Call to order.     
2. Proof of Posting.
3. Minutes of the Prior Annual Meeting – April 15, 2025.
4. Public Comments.
5. Review Financial Report for the year ending Dec. 31, 2025.
   a.  Updates on proposed 2026 Road Projects.
   b.  Cemetery Association Contribution.
6. Set date for next year’s Annual Meeting.
7. Any other business lawfully presented per WI § 60.11.
8. Adjourn.
