1. Call to order.
2. Proof of posting.
3. Approval of the agenda.
4. Minutes of previous meeting – March 9, 2026.
5. Comments by town residents.  Public comments may be made on any agenda item now, at the time the item is discussed, or at the Chair's discretion during the discussion.  Comments are generally limited to three minutes.
6. Eliot Butler and Rene Heiden, approx. 9525 Blackberry Rd – driveway permit application. *
7. GV Blackberry, LLC, west and south of 9554 Turkey Rd – zoning changes to create two residential lots:  6.22 acres from FP-35 to RR-4, and 11.8 acres from FP-35 to RM-8; petition DCPREZ-2026-12883.
8. Turk Living Trust, 9533 Kahl Rd – zoning change for existing residence, 30.86 acres from FP-35 to RM-16; petition DCPREZ-2026-12282.
9. Dane County Towns Association – review proposal to amend the Dane Co. Zoning Code regarding CUPs.
10. Land Use Plan amendments – updating language for Conditional Use Permits and Accessory Dwelling Units (postponement for revisions to the Transfer of Development Rights program).
11. Discussion of future agenda items.
12. Adjourn.

      A quorum of the Town Board may be present at this meeting.  

      * A site view will be conducted at the Butler/Heiden site on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
