Adult Day Program
Offering relief for caregivers by providing a safe, engaging, and comfortable social atmosphere for persons with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Available part-time (4 hours) or full-time (7 hours), Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (closed holidays and for severe weather). Affordable private pay rates. Scholarships may be available.
Case Management
The Case Manager’s primary goal is to provide seniors in our community the support, services, opportunities, and resources needed to remain safe and independent in their homes, such as:
- Confidential services, information, and referrals regarding in-home services available locally and throughout Dane County;
- In-home safety and home-delivered meal assessments through home visits and phone calls;
- Prescription drug and Medicare supplement insurance help;
- Medical assistance coordination;
- Federal and county benefit programs; and
- Life Lines and medical equipment loans.

Lunch with Friends
Join your friends for a delicious lunch served Monday through Friday at 11:30 am. To make a reservation, please call 608-798-NWDS (6937) by 8:30 am the day prior.
Home Delivered Meals
These meals are delivered by local volunteers, Monday through Friday, to homebound individuals ages 60+ on an ongoing or as-needed basis.
Transportation Services
Transit Solutions provides safe, reliable, and friendly transportation to/from your own home to area shopping trips, activities, outings/events, and lunch at NWDSS. Phone number: (608) 294-8747
