7:00AM-8:00PM General and Presidential Election Town of Black Earth NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020. The election will be held in the Municipal Building located at 1210 Mills Street, Black Earth, WI for the Village of Black Earth and Town of Black Earth residents from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
