PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing on the proposed 2021 budget of the Town of Black Earth will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020, at 6:00 PM in the lower level of the Breunig Accounting building, located at 1116 Mills St., Black Earth, WI  53515.  The budget summary is posted pursuant to 65.90(3)(a)1 of Wis. Statutes.

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS

Notice is further given that immediately following the Public Hearing on the proposed budget, a Special Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Black Earth will be called to order for the following purpose:
            1.   To approve the 2020 total town tax levy to be collected in 2021 pursuant to 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Statutes.

TOWN BOARD MEETING

Notice is hereby given that immediately following the Special Meeting of the Electors, a regular town board meeting will be called to order for the purpose of adopting the 2021 budget.
