2:00PM-4:00PM Open Book Town of Black Earth Notice is hereby given that on Monday, May 12, 2025, the Town of Black Earth will hold the Open Book session from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM in the lower level of the MBE Accounting building at 1116 Mills St, Black Earth. The purpose of the Open Book is to provide property owners with an opportunity to review their current 2025 property tax assessment and to discuss the process with the assessor – Bruce Gardiner Appraisal Service, LLC., at (608) 732-4481 and bgardiner.info@gmail.com.
